Account Details and Order Records
An account can be created with a username and password; an email address is not required for registration. Account identifiers, credentials used to verify sign-ins and subscription status support identity checks, access management and service delivery. Do not include personal details unrelated to the service in your username.
Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status and transaction references. They are used to verify payments, activate subscriptions, process refunds and resolve billing disputes. Descriptions and attachments submitted through support tickets are used to handle the request. Before submitting, please redact passwords, full subscription URLs and other sensitive information.
Anonymous No-Logs Policy
VPNNM follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through international routes, or retain browsing history, accessed content or destination lists that could reconstruct browsing activity. Network activity is not used to build advertising profiles.
Connection logs are not retained persistently: no historical session records linking accounts, source addresses, destination addresses and connection times are created. Temporary connection state is processed only to provide the current transfer and is not converted into historical connection logs when the connection ends. Subscription status and cumulative traffic usage are service delivery data used to calculate usage; they do not include specific destinations.
Site Analytics and Browser Storage
The marketing website uses analytics to understand page visits, referral channels and entry-point clicks, helping improve content and troubleshoot page issues. These statistics concern interactions with this website and do not represent records of content accessed through subscription connections. Analytics events should not contain passwords, authentication credentials or full subscription URLs.
Cookies and similar browser storage may be used to maintain necessary sessions and collect site analytics. Local storage is used to save sign-in status and interface preferences. You can restrict cookies or clear site data in your browser settings; after doing so, you may need to sign in again or reselect your preferences. Signing out and clearing this site's storage can help reduce account traces on shared devices.
Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing
VPNNM supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third parties, which handle payment credentials and transaction data under their own policies. VPNNM uses the necessary order identifier, amount and payment result to verify transactions. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords through support tickets.
Data is shared with relevant processors only to the extent necessary to deliver services, verify payments, resolve technical issues or meet applicable legal obligations. Data processing on third-party pages is not controlled by this site's interface settings. VPNNM does not sell account details or use the sale of user data as a service purpose.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account details are retained while the account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order records are retained as required for transaction verification, dispute handling and applicable laws. Support tickets and site analytics are retained only as long as needed to address issues and inform improvements. There is no single fixed retention period for every data category; when the purpose ends and no other basis for retention applies, data should be deleted or de-identified.
To access, correct or delete account details, sign in to the panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Deletion may affect sign-in, subscription access and order lookup. Transaction or dispute records that must be retained will have their use restricted; a request to delete an account does not guarantee their removal. Clearing browser storage does not delete the server-side account.
Policy Updates and Questions
This policy will be updated if service processes, data purposes or applicable requirements change, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be revised. Significant changes to processing purposes or user rights will be announced on the website or user panel. Where separate consent is legally required, updating this policy does not replace that consent.
